A family dinner

I once thought i will never have the luxury of having a family dinner where everyone sits together peacefully without fighting or quarreling. It's normally just me sitting at the next table commenting how "kids nowadays only look at handphone when dining with their parents. not appreciating what they have".

-> What I didn't say nor admit is how i how i never had such opportunity to sit down to have dinner with both parents in my early years..

Tonight we had a simple zhi char dinner. It's just lasted an hour but it does feel much like a family dinner. Seeing how dad plays with the boy, how everyone plays with him, and how everyone get along with each other without fighting..

This is a simple but yet special evening..
